Troubleshooting

1) Problem : No response when the "Validate" button is clicked

Solution : JavaScript test Failed.
JavaScript is either disabled, or your web browser is a much older version. First make sure that JavaScript is enabled:

Microsoft Internet Explorer : Click Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Internet Options. Select the Security tab, then click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting options and Enable Active Scripting. Click OK twice to return to this Browser Test, then reload this page.

Firefox: Click Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Options. Select the Content icon, then click the Enable JavaScript checkbox.  Click OK to return to this Browser Test, then reload this page.

2) Problem : Skype add-on programs for Internet Explorer (IE) interfere with IE functionality.  This will cause EGrAMS to appear to "hang" and/or appear slow, as well as cause look-up lists to appear empty.

Solution: Using the IE Tools menu, pick Internet Options, then pick the Programs tab.  Click on the Manage add-ons button, then scroll through the list of add-on programs to those for Skype.  For each Skype program listed, click the Disable radio button under Settings.  When complete, press ok, then exit IE, and restart it.
